  23. dialtone monitor disabled
  24. busytone monitor disabled
  25. 2=full connect response ( eg connect14400) and dialling= wait for for
  26. dialling

  28. dialtone monitor enabled
  29. and
  30. busytone monitor disabled 
  31. 3=full connect response ( eg connect14400) and dialling= blinddialling 
  32. and 
  33. dialtone monitor disabled
  34. and
  35. busytone monitor enabled 
  36. 4=full connect response ( eg connect14400) and dialling= wait for for
